Sandeep Gautam

Founder and Director

Sandeep Has 20 + years of management and leadership experience, last working with Cisco as a senior software development manager, a job he left to dedicate his life to the cause of applying positive psychology findings to the work and educational settings.

He has a B. Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering from IIT Delhi and has done an Executive Program in Leadership and Management (EPLM) from IIM Calcutta.

He is a renowned Positive psychology expert and blogger.
He is also a Gallup certified strengths coach, certified master trainer, certified Strengths Switch facilitator, and Global representative India for International Positive Education Network.

Pawankumar Shirbhate

Founder and Director

Pawan has over 17 years of experience in various leadership positions in Software and IT industry, having worked in India,
UK and US with Software technology and services giants like Cisco, Cognizant, L&T Infotech.

He’s a passionate technologist and positive thinker. He has a B.E. in Computer Science and Engineering from Govt. College of Engineering, Amravati University.

He is a problem solver and result-driven entrepreneur and
successfully delivered multiple solutions to various customers across the globe.

HappyWorks is our first SaaS product in the corporate wellbeing domain. It is a win – win solution that aims to maximize happiness, engagement and meaning in the workplace, thereby increasing employee well-being and hence multiplying company productivity.

It consists of a corporate mobile app that boosts happiness, and manages personal wellbeing, of the employees; and an intuitive web interface for managers, executives and HR personnel to get quick and meaningful insights on organizational wellbeing.
